Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bank deposit operations and ACH processing experience.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification after two years of ACH experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ACH and Instant Payments per Reg E and NACHA rules.
• Research and resolve ACH and Instant Payment inquiries from customers and staff.
• Process daily ACH returns, exception items, and related reconciliation tasks.
• Monitor reports and perform required reconciliations and regulatory reviews.
