Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some post-secondary education preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of payment processing, deposits, funds transfers, and related operational activities
• Accurate transaction processing with attention to detail and quality
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication for excellent service
• Ability to follow procedures while exercising sound judgment
• Proficiency with business systems, payment platforms, and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Perform IRA, HSA, and Certificate account opening and maintenance activities.
• Process and support payment transactions including deposits, transfers, remittances, account-to-account payments, peer-to-peer payments, business payments, and other money movement activities.
• Review payment requests for accuracy and timeliness according to procedures.
• Assist with clearing, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and funds movement.
• Respond to inquiries about payment services, status, and requests.
• Research and resolve routine transaction discrepancies; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain records and system updates for audit and regulatory readiness.
• Monitor daily processing for errors or unusual activity.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure efficient payment services.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on payment products, procedures, and policies
