Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant payment processing experience.
• Basic understanding of payment processing and funds transfers.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in transactions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Familiarity with payment systems and standard office software.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Process and support payment transactions including deposits, transfers, remittances.
• Review payment requests for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries about payment services and transaction status.
• Research and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain records and system updates for audits and compliance.
• Monitor daily processing activities for errors or unusual activity.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure efficient payment delivery.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance service quality.
