Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union seeks a detail‑oriented professional to oversee Payment Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will assist with product research, vendor contracts, and the rollout of new features.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience – High school diploma or GED; one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates and Licenses – ACH or relevant professional industry certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all areas within Payment Operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure daily and monthly reporting is complete and available in the shared drive.
• Assist in researching and implementing products and services and stay current on vendor changes.
• Review contracts and amendments of vendors and monitor product feature implementations.
• Assist in budgeting for Payment Operations and monitor staff activity and performance.
