Job summary

Allegacy Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for its Cards and Payments Operations functions. You will ensure accurate, secure, and compliant payment services while advancing operational excellence across channels.

The role requires guiding a high-performance team, managing vendor relationships, and working with Technology, Risk Management, Fraud, and Accounting to support enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–7 years in payments or financial services operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of cards, ACH, wires, and settlement processes.
• Strong knowledge of payment regulations and network rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cards and Payments Operations.
• Ensure payment services are delivered accurately, securely, efficiently, and compliant.
• Lead a high-performance payments team and develop staff.
• Collaborate with payment processors, networks, and internal partners.
• Monitor metrics, risk, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and participate in audits and regulatory examinations.
