Job summary

Allegacy Federal Credit Union seeks a Vice President of Digital Operations to lead the strategy, operation, and growth of its digital banking ecosystem. You will own channels powering online account opening, chat, and AI-driven experiences, reporting to the CIO and collaborating across the technology leadership team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital banking, channels, or product operations.
• Proven executive ownership of a digital platform and growth outcomes.
• Deep fintech partnership and open banking experience.
• Experience leading AI or automation in member-facing channels.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year digital channel strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Own performance of digital channels end to end, report results.
• Drive fintech ecosystem strategy, partnerships, and negotiations.
• Lead AI vision and governance across digital experiences.
• Oversee risk, compliance, and third-party governance for fintechs.
• Build and scale a high-performing digital operations team.
