• 3–5 years of related experience in payments or banking.
• Two-year college degree or completion of vendor certifications or specialized training.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to train others.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of ACU's payments vendor (Alacriti); balance daily batches with accounting, process returns and disputes, and support Skip-A-Pay program.
• Back up to DPP to oversee day-to-day operations of BillPay and new account funding channels (Clover & Plaid).
• Support monthly Online Banking SME meetings with training on Zelle and BillPay usage and troubleshooting.
• Assist Fraud Department by investigating disputes and fraud claims; monitor losses and restrict services to high-risk accounts.
