Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of VFCU's card programs and support/optimize those services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute payments strategies and create efficiencies.
• Assist with ACH, Inclearing, wires, cards and other digital payments.
• Engage with external partners (Alacriti, Centrix, Velera, VISA, Fiserv) to ensure compliant, reliable services.
• Responsible for all reporting for payments and cards, including helpdesks oversight.
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with the Credit Union's Core Values.
