Job summary

LillyDirect is seeking a Payment Analyst to manage dispute escalations, fraud arbitration, and payment reconciliations within a growing payments function. You will handle end-to-end case work, monitor authorization-to-capture timing, and support refunds and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in payment operations, familiarity with Adyen/Stripe, and experience with SAP for reconciliation. Collaboration with internal teams and the PSP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Payment Service Provider platforms (e.g., Adyen, Stripe) and their reporting/dashboard tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system for reconciliation and financial reporting.
• 2-4 years as a Payment Operations Analyst, dispute/chargeback analyst, or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Own dispute/chargeback case work escalated from the call center or flagged directly in the PSP dashboard, from intake through resolution.
• Prepare and submit chargeback representment/evidence packages within card network deadlines.
• Represent Lilly in fraud arbitration cases, applying Visa/Mastercard codes and network rules.
• Track dispute outcomes and flag patterns indicating gaps in process, product, or controls.
• Monitor authorization-to-capture timing and resolve timing issues with PSP and internal teams.
• Perform payment accounting and ledger operations in SAP, including month-end accruals.
• Review and approve refunds, and enter refunds in the PSP system.
• Produce volume and performance reporting and analyze payment trends to identify anomalies.
• Support financial audits with well-documented case records.
