Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to join the newly established Payments Operations function within CSH Business Operations as our e-commerce platform stands up in-house consumer payment infrastructure. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Payment Operations Analyst or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with PSP platforms (Adyen, Stripe) and their reporting/dashboard tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems for reconciliation and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; proficiency with payment gateways, processors, and reconciliation software.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare/pharma or newly formed team contexts.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile consumer transactions (ERP/SAP) to ensure accurate, timely recording and identify discrepancies.
• Handle chargeback and dispute case work escalated from the call center or vendor dashboard.
• Monitor fraud and payment risk using vendor tools and IP-address-based detection.
• Produce volume and performance metrics and assist in payment audits.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues in collaboration with customers, internal departments, processors, and financial institutions.
