Job summary

Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in payment operations or dispute processing, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of Regulation E.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payment operations, card operations, dispute processing, or related banking services.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and network rules.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, process, and resolve payment disputes across debit card, ACH, Zelle, ATM, and related channels.
• Maintain audit-ready case documentation and ensure SLAs/regulatory timelines.
• Prepare and monitor chargebacks, representations, and compliance cases.
