Qualifications

• Familiarity with card network dispute processes and reason codes (Visa/Mastercard).

Responsibilities

• Dispute escalations & fraud arbitration: manage cases end-to-end from intake to resolution.
• Authorization-to-capture monitoring and reconciliation with PSPs and internal teams.
• Monitor fraud/risk tools and investigate suspicious activity.
• Process refunds per SOP and track payment discrepancies for month-end accruals.
• Produce volume/performance reporting and analyze payment trends for improvements.
