Job summary

ZELIS is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support operational aspects of its payment processing system. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with clients for resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a foundational proficiency in SQL, experience with backend processing, and the ability to develop automated solutions. A degree or 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and managing a .NET application is a plus.
• Health-insurance claim adjudication knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with different file formats (fixed length, delimited, XML) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational aspects of the Zelis payment system.
• Troubleshoot files and other production-related issues.
• Utilize LINQ and/or SQL to analyze incidents and problems.
