JPMorgan Chase's Payments SMB team is seeking a Payments Relationship Manager I to support business banking clients in completing merchant services onboarding with cross-functional collaboration across WKO CAU, Credit Ops, Sales, and Product.

You will proactively engage clients, manage onboarding activities, and promote North American/Global product adoption while maintaining risk compliance and client-centric service.

Responsabilités

• Proactively reach out to clients to collect information/documentation for onboarding.
• Serve as the main client contact during onboarding until decisions are made.
• Coordinate with Sales to offer North American/Global products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams (WKO CAU, Credit Ops, Sales, Product, CX) to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Follow risk management and regulatory requirements to protect the firm.
