Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to clients to obtain information/documentation to complete digital onboarding.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding until WKO CAU or Credit Ops decide the application.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to offer North American Platform/Global products if Janus is not compatible.
• Work with WKO CAU, Credit Ops, Sales, Product and Customer Experience to ensure smooth onboarding and drive process improvements.
• Protects the firm by following risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
