• Define and execute the observability and reliability product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, SRE, operations, and business teams to improve service reliability and customer experience.
• Establish and track key reliability metrics, performance goals, and service health indicators.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, operational risk, and business value.
• Drive adoption of monitoring, alerting, dashboarding, and observability best practices.
• Analyze incidents, trends, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create executive and operational reporting on platform health and customer journeys.
