Job summary

Capital One seeks a product-driven leader to drive Operational Excellence for Payments on the Bedrock platform. You will work with product and engineering leadership and tenant stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans to shape the roadmap for Platform Observability.

The role emphasizes transforming leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-enabled reliability engineering to deliver consumer-facing digital products with high quality and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the degree obtained on or before the start date.
• OR Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship.

• Drive Operational Excellence for Payments on the Bedrock platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership and stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans.
