Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, technology, or related field.
• Significant experience leading complex programs within financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, governance, and execution.
• Advanced financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and decisions.
• Experience identifying and mitigating program risks with strategic balance.
• Excellent communication and leadership for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale prepaid programs from initiation to completion with defined scope, budget and timelines.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance and client outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and investment optimization.
• Partner with product, technology, operations, compliance, finance and commercial teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities; implement mitigation and governance.
• Analyze complex data to support strategic decisions and program optimization.
• Establish and report performance metrics to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and third-party providers.
• Lead and mentor program team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
