Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, seeks a Senior Product Manager to enhance the end-to-end merchant experience and deliver integrated card products within the Clover and Fiserv ecosystem. The Financial Services team builds tools to improve merchants’ financial health and manage cashflow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with cross-functional teams in B2B SaaS/e‑commerce or card space
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience bringing integrated products to market with marketing and sales coordination
• Proven track record delivering card payment products and third-party integrations
• Experience across Web, Android, and iOS products
• Significant experience in managing the product development lifecycle in an agile environment
• Proven track record of using data to influence requirements and design
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and their documentation
• Ability to collaborate with external partners to drive revenue

Responsibilities

• Enhance end-to-end merchant experience across device, web, and mobile platforms for SMB Financial products
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to production, including roadmap and direction development
• Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and measure performance
• Create clear narratives with hypotheses and outcomes tied to key metrics
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, PMM, Merchant Solutions, and Data Science on enhancements and integrations
• Work with Product Marketing and Customer Support on go-to-market strategies
