This role requires 10–15+ years in product marketing, executive influence, cross-functional leadership, and AI-enabled commercialization.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in Product Marketing or related commercialization roles.
• Demonstrated experience influencing executive-level decisions without formal authority.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple functions.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Proven track record launching multi-product portfolios with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Mastery of positioning, segmentation, pricing/packaging, and sales enablement for complex products.
• Advanced proficiency with GTM tooling (Seismic, Asana/Jira, Salesforce, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy & Growth Leadership: lead GTM strategy for Payments portfolio and align with revenue goals.
• Executive Engagement: advise Payments leadership and participate in executive reviews and portfolio planning.
• Strategic Go-to-Market Planning: own launches mapping to sales targets and revenue.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: own portfolio narratives and value propositions.
• Launch Plan Orchestration: manage launch timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional readiness.
• GTM Innovation & AI-Enabled Commercialization: champion AI-enabled workflows for market analysis and sales enablement.
• Sales Enablement & Field Support: provide robust sales tools and enablement training.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy: refine buyer personas and monitor industry trends.
