Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Manager – Vice President, Wholesale Payment Operations to support new digital payment products from development through scalable operations and to manage client escalations with strong controls. You will lead governance calls, monitor SLAs, automate dashboards, and collaborate across functions to ensure audit readiness and an exceptional client experience during pilot phases.

This is a senior, global operations leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Payments and Transaction Banking experience.
• Expertise in SWIFT, Foreign Exchange, or Payments Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to drive outcomes aligned with team objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet high service standards for productivity and quality.
• Identify and resolve procedural issues or operational errors to mitigate risk in payments.
• Apply innovation, product knowledge, and AI insights to improve payment lifecycle processes.
• Ensure a strong risk, controls, and compliance environment with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain and automate dashboards to provide real-time operational insights.
• Deliver results by setting expectations, tracking progress, and aligning short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate clearly; share information, handle complex inquiries, and manage difficult interactions.
