You will set strategy, drive scalable governance, strengthen controls, and coordinate across product and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment and effective issue management. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, deliver transformation programs, and provide executive reporting on governance outcomes.

• Leadership experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation.
• Ability to evaluate risk and drive escalation/remediation.
• Experience using data and risk indicators to influence decisions.
• Partner with technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.

• Provide SME on payments risk, network rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate issues, risk events, and control gaps; define mitigations.
• Own onboarding due diligence, monitoring, and remediation tracking.
• Deliver modernization via scalable workflows and automation.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programs with governance oversight.
• Use indicators and trends to identify vulnerabilities and interventions.
• Collaborate with product, risk, legal, compliance, and other functions.
