Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking an Executive Director to lead Planning & Analysis for Global Payments within Commercial & Investment Banking.

You will drive Sales P&A, client profitability reporting, and unit economics while partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, Operations and Technology. You will guide forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics, improving profitability, consistency, and scalability by implementing automation and enhanced reporting

Qualifications

• 12+ years professional experience handling large data sets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience consolidating, reviewing, analyzing and presenting financials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales P&A activities including KPI development, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Partner with Payments Sales leadership and Finance to translate objectives into measurable targets.
• Drive analytics across regions, products, and client segments to improve profitability and execution.
• Oversee client profitability reporting and analytics, including roadmap prioritization and controls.
• Support ad hoc client deep dives and senior-management inquiries.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and technology enhancements for reporting.
• Lead implementation of reporting enhancements with sign-off and validation.
• Oversee unit economics deliverables including marginal cost and break-even analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance on cost attribution and driver-based models.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team with clear priorities and cadence.
