You will lead risk policy oversight, review high-risk merchant activity, and coordinate with third-party processors to ensure compliance with card network rules and regulations.

You will analyze risk evidence, produce executive-level reports, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement across procedures and controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Merchant Services, payments, and evaluating merchant models.
• Deep knowledge of card network rules and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent executive communication and decision-making under pressure.

• Serve as SME on risk themes and policy oversight for third-party processing.
• Primary contact for risk escalations within Merchant Services and due diligence.
• Evaluate merchant models and processor controls for regulatory alignment.
• Document prohibited and restricted products and communicate requirements.
• Identify compliance gaps and propose remediation strategies.
• Deliver management reports to executive stakeholders during onsite fieldwork.
• Collect, organize, and analyze evidence for risk reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align risk practices.
• Contribute to SOP and change-management improvements in risk practices.
