American Red Cross is seeking a Payments & eCommerce Lead to own the strategy, governance, and financial performance of the payment ecosystem. Location is flexible within the United States, with leadership over staff and vendor relationships to drive scalable payment solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 8+ years of experience; MBA preferred. Competitive benefits and a mission-driven workplace are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payment strategy and platform ownership.
• Vendor management and contracting experience.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmap for payment acceptance and disbursement capabilities.
• Ensure payment operations, reporting procedures, controls and standards.
• Lead financial analysis, business case development and reporting on payment performance and costs.
• Develop and manage payment planning, budgets and operational plans.
• Direct staff engaged in payment operations and reporting.
• Own relationships with payment processors and vendors; manage contracts and performance.
• Drive initiatives to improve payment performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, IS, Legal, Technology and business units.
