Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Payments & eCommerce Lead to define and execute the roadmap for its payment acceptance and disbursement capabilities, including cards, ACH, and digital wallets. You will lead payment operations, establish controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
• MBA or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Experience leading payment strategy, platform ownership, financial analysis, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for payment acceptance and disbursement capabilities, including cards, ACH, digital wallets, and emerging payment rails.
• Establish payment operations, reporting procedures, controls, and standards to support organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Lead financial analysis, business case development, and reporting related to payment performance, costs, settlement, fraud, and vendor economics.
• Direct employees engaged in payment operations and reporting; own relationships with payment processors and vendors.
