Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Payments, who is business-minded, data-driven, and capable of translating large, complex data sets into meaningful information that informs strategic decisions and improves performance across the company.

You will collaborate with our development team to implement changes to the e-commerce platform, design reporting tools to monitor payment metrics, fraud and chargeback trends, and develop scenarios to drive growth and optimize operations.

Qualifications

Finance, Economics, Statistics or related degree required.
4 to 6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or analytical finance role.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify patterns in payment processing, chargeback, and fraud rates.
Monitor and forecast payment metrics like acceptance rate and fraud rate.
Model drivers of KPIs and their impact on performance.
Recommend adjustments to payment processor allocations when trends shift.
Review transaction and chargeback data across card brands, processors, and gateways.
Suggest operations and anti-fraud process improvements.
