Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape growth analytics for our payment products. You will design, test, and implement strategies to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement, collaborating with product, BD, and data teams.

You will own end-to-end analytics, build dashboards, and apply advanced modeling to solve practical business problems as we scale, ensuring our solutions are scalable and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of quantitative analysis experience in high-scale tech, consulting, or investment banking.
• Excellent SQL skills; tested in interview.
• Experience designing and analysing experiments for digital products (A/B, multivariate).
• Hands-on with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Strong statistical programming skills (Python) and familiarity with Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, business, and data teams to surface and visualize growth metrics.
• Translate complex questions into actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and scale dashboards and visualization tools.
• Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from data requirements to post-launch reviews.
• Collaborate across technology, business, and product to align analytics with strategy.
• Apply advanced modeling techniques to drive impact.
