Abacus Insights is seeking a Growth Analytics Manager for Payment Integrity. You will be a key interface between data, strategy, and sales, turning dense healthcare data into compelling narratives and guiding pricing and product decisions.

You’ll own analytics, dashboards, and demos, collaborating with Sales and Product to showcase value and support growth in a fast-paced, VC-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in a healthcare-related company with hands-on payment integrity experience.
• Experience building executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead thought leadership for payment integrity solutions and market trends.
• Develop and deliver compelling product demos and RFP support with data.
• Forecast revenue from the sales pipeline and build executive dashboards.
