Zusammenfassung

Maps Credit Union in Oregon City is seeking an experienced ACH Operations professional to ensure accurate, secure electronic payments for more than 87,000 members. You will maintain ACH processing, support debit and credit card administration, including disputes and provisioning, and contribute to payment initiatives such as FedNow and RTP.

The role requires hands-on ACH knowledge and familiarity with NACHA rules, Reg E and Reg Z; an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process ACH member transactions accurately and prepare trend reports.
• Post transactions to member records and ledgers; maintain ledgers.
• Maintain documentation; cross-train; arrange team coverage.
• Database maintenance; generate reports; daily data transfers.
• Follow NACHA, BSA, OFAC, AML, Reg E, Reg Z and CARD Act compliance.
• Assist audit preparation with data and reports.
• Maintain data security and retention schedules; ensure data integrity.
• Support process improvements and teamwork across the department.
