Job summary

Figma is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team in a role that can be based from one of our US hubs or fully remote in the United States. You will lead technical discussions, demos, and design solutions that showcase Payload’s value within Figma, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to drive revenue and secure large-scale deployments.

You will own security questionnaires, guide enterprise customers through technical decision-making, and help shape product roadmaps.

Qualifications

4+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment.
Ability to position technology in pre-sales, define success criteria and guide customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, frontend development, and modern workflows.
Proven ability to learn new technologies while balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

Paint the vision of Payload within the Figma Platform and demonstrate value.
Support the Sales team by addressing Payload and Figma questions and showcasing payload benefits.
Own IT and security relationships during deals, addressing questionnaires and enterprise needs.
Collaborate with Product and Support to enhance account security and influence roadmap.
Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers, sales and product teams.
Deliver timely technical support to customers and agency partners building on Payload.
Collaborate with Figmates, operate autonomously, and pursue continuous learning.
