Job summary

Figma is hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our Payload-focused team. You’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft consultative strategies, lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design to showcase Payload’s value within Figma.

You’ll drive revenue and platform adoption across our customer base, with remote work available within the United States. You’ll engage in security discussions, quantify success criteria, and help shape the product roadmap while maintaining

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to lead product evaluations and guide customers through technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS, frontend development, and modern developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of Payload within the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support the Sales team by addressing Payload and Figma platform questions and showcasing how Payload accelerates digital product development to customers.
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams.
• Deliver timely technical support to customers and agency partners building on Payload, ensuring smooth adoption and issue resolution.
