Job summary

Oregon Ballet Theatre is seeking a Patron Services Representative to front-line the customer experience, processing season subscriptions and single tickets while assisting patrons in person, by phone, or via email. The role supports donors and other constituents with a focus on accurate transactions and friendly service.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule, offering $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in arts/customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket orders for subscriptions and single tickets.
• Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email and in person.
• Develop relationships with patrons and donors to enhance their experience.
• Answer general questions about productions, seating, directions, and related information.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and gift certificates per procedures.
