Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket transactions (single, subscription, exchanges) in Tessitura.
• Balance daily ticket sales and collaborate with teammates.
• Uphold ticketing policies and procedures, including refunds, exchanges, and Internet ticketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionally represent Omaha Performing Arts.
• Learn current systems and stay updated on programs and procedures.
• Complete weekly departmental projects as assigned by the Patron Services Manager.
