Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in live theatre or hospitality.
• Experience with Spektrix or similar box office software.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming box office environment for patrons, volunteers, staff, and visitors.
• Disseminate event information across platforms.
• Process subscription and single ticket sales using Spektrix.
• Coordinate with departments to address patron needs.
• Data entry and management for box office functions.
• Manage voicemail and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Support performances and front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Assist groups and individuals with entering and exiting the theater.
• Coordinate with Patron Services Manager, Asst. Patron Services Manager, and education department.
• Coordinate with stage management regarding start/end times and late seating.
• Address ADA needs.
• Produce performance reports.
• Monitor volunteer activities.
