Job summary

Omaha Performing Arts is seeking a Patron Services Rep to deliver high-quality service across ticket channels, including telephone, walk-up, and Internet sales. You will reconcile daily ticket transactions and support weekly department projects under the Patron Services Manager, upholding O-pa values of collaboration and integrity.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach to patron interactions.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior customer service experience.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in using personal computer hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Processes ticket transactions (single, subscription, ticket exchanges, etc.) on Tessitura (online, integrated ticketing software).
• Balances daily ticket sales and collaborates with others to balance their daily ticket sales.
• Patron Services: upholds ticketing policies and procedures, customer service policies, and represents O-pa professionally when solving patron service issues.
• Responds with sensitivity and professionalism to patrons and staff needs.
• Continually learns current systems, policies, and procedures; stays abreast of program developments.
• Provides effective service to patrons; processes patron transactions including address updates and entering new patron records.
• Completes weekly departmental projects as assigned by the Patron Services Manager.
