Qualifications

• 1 year of direct work experience in customer service and/or ticket sales.
• Knowledge of opera and arts preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for patrons reflecting HGO's commitment to excellence.
• Handle ticket sales, exchanges, and inquiries via phone, web chat, email, or in person.
• Ensure accurate processing and timely delivery of customer tickets.
• Engage in cross-selling, upselling, and donation asks.
• Staff Box Office operations during performances.
• Support campaigns for subscriptions renewals, sales, stewardship, and retention.
