Job summary

Significant Productions in The Sharon and SigPro Studio seeks a senior Box Office & Front of House lead to manage event creation, seating, pricing, and data integrity. You will guide the box office team, ensure smooth patron experiences, and maximize upsells while coordinating with production managers.

You’ll oversee will-call, access control, and hospitality on-site, with emphasis on analytics, reporting, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in box office/ticketing operations including event setup, pricing, discounts, presales, seating maps.
• 2+ years supervisory or team-lead experience for front-of-house or customer service teams.
• Proficiency with ticketing platforms, CRM/patron databases, and seat-map tools.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills (Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI tools) to produce sales and trends.
• Excellent customer service with ability to drive upsells/cross-sells and support development goals.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices; handle patron data responsibly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; coordinate changes with stakeholders.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, ~1/3 MOD shifts onsite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SigPro’s ticketing and box office subject matter expert; build all events for Sharon and SigPro Studio.
• Lead the box office and Front of House Operations teams; establish standards, policies, and best practices.
• Manage seat maps, discounts, presales, subscriptions, bundles, and fees; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, deduplicated patron database and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Cover MOD shifts onsite; assist will call, access control, and hospitality operations.
• Prepare sales and revenue reporting; identify trends in data and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties in support of the organization’s mission.
