Job summary

TOGETHXR is seeking a part-time Box Office Event Supervisor to assist the Box Office Manager on Duty in daily operations. You will supervise a team of ticket sellers, guest resolution staff, and phone operators, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to cash control procedures.

You will maintain event knowledge, reconcile revenues, and support staff to handle evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules. A strong focus on leadership and accurate communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures.
• SeatGeek experience preferred for ticketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ticket sellers, guest resolution staff, phone operators, and management to ensure smooth box office operations during events.
• Maintain knowledge of event details, pricing, discounts, restrictions, and venue maps to assist staff and guests.
• Reconcile ticket sale revenues and prepare deposits after events.
• Prepare and submit detailed event summary reports.
• Provide support in ticket selling and phone operations as needed for guest service.
• Manage staff breaks per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
