The Woodruff Arts Center's Alliance Theatre seeks an Associate Director of Patron Experience to lead box office, front of house and concierge teams. You will champion exceptional customer service and oversee seating logistics for performances and events.

Lead a ~15-person team, optimize staffing for busy periods, and partner with Marketing, Education and Data Services to shape the patron engagement strategy across the theatre and campus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a leadership role within patron services or box office.
• Experience with Tessitura is required.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams during busy events.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing and scheduling for box office, front of house, and concierge.
• Oversee training and onboarding of staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education and Data Services.
• Coordinate seating and patron services for performances and events.
• Monitor patron data and engagement metrics with Data Services.
