Laguna Playhouse, a nationally acclaimed non-profit theatre in Laguna Beach, CA, seeks a part-time frontline sales associate. You will drive ticket sales, upsell subscriptions and memberships, and deliver exceptional patron service.

The role requires evenings and weekends and involves handling will-call, exchanges, and data entry in Spektrix. Strong communication, outbound selling, and a passion for the arts are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; experience with ticket sales, subscriptions, memberships, or other outbound sales efforts is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and performance schedules as required
• Ability to walk up and down stairs as there is no elevator access to our mezzanine level

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and related offerings; upsell subscriptions and memberships.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to promote events.
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, memberships, and discounts.
• Provide accurate event information and exceptional patron service.
• Maintain accurate patron records and data entry in the ticketing system.
