Southeastrans seeks a Special Services Representative in Washington, DC to ensure courteous, professional customer service for members requiring recurring transportation. This full-time admin support role focuses on coordinating trips, data integrity, and HIPAA compliance.

You will work with clinical staff and dispatchers, verify insurance, handle communications, and maintain timely scheduling using NET InSight.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist members promptly with a polite and professional attitude.
• Assist members with transportation concerns.
• Maintain accurately entered data.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines for member confidentiality.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and timeliness.
• Schedule standing orders and demand trips using NET InSight transportation management system.
• Schedule subscription trips to providers according to the Provider Assignment roster.
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with medical facilities.
• Provide paperwork to clinical staff, providers, and members for clear communication.
• Verify insurance for dialysis and nursing home patients.
• Retrieve messages from the call center for daily appointments.
• Assist dispatchers with write-ups of send-backs.
• Check member files for accuracy in the system.
• Process monthly recertification and attendance reports.
