Southeastrans is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the DC area. This role ensures consumers receive accurate, courteous, and professional service regarding non-emergency medical transportation requests.

The position is on-site in Washington, DC, and reports to the admin support team. You will screen eligibility, gather correct information, schedule transportation, and maintain knowledge of transportation policies while using dispatch software.

• Keeps Supervisor informed concerning scheduling and/or service delivery problems
• Completes all required records and reports
• Effective use of telecommunications systems
