• Schedule standing orders and demand trips using NET InSight system.
• Schedule subscription trips to providers per the Provider Assignment roster.
• Maintain professionalism with medical facilities.
• Provide necessary paperwork to clinicians, providers, and members.
• Verify insurance for dialysis and nursing home patients.
• Check messages from call center for daily appointments.
• Assist dispatchers with send-backs.
• Check member files for accuracy in the system.
• Process monthly recertification and attendance verification reports.
