Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in an inbound Medical Scheduling environment.
• Adept at all applicable telephone and computer software, i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Logistics - Coordinating patient pick up and drop off with attention to detail to create optimal routes and schedules.
• Dispatch/Communication - Confirm transportation arrangements with patients and communicate with drivers to ensure smooth dispatch.
• Access to Care - Work with other departments to reduce barriers to care and coordinate transportation services.
• Patient Experience - Build positive relationships with patients and explain Center programs.
• Compliance - Follow transportation regulations and HIPAA, reporting issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor.
