Responsibilities

• Safely transports patients to/from outpatient appointments and approved locations.
• Performs vehicle inspections, logs transport activity, and reports maintenance needs.
• Greets patients/visitors, assists check-in/check-out, and delivers courteous service.
• Schedules appointments, coordinates transport requests, and manages calendars.
• Answers department phones, routes inquiries, and ensures timely follow-up.
• Assists with medical record management, scanning, filing, and audits.
• Supports insurance authorization, referral tracking, and care coordination; assists with supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
