Responsibilities

• Safely transports patients to and from outpatient appointments, groups, and approved locations.
• Conducts vehicle inspections, maintains transportation logs, and reports maintenance concerns.
• Greets patients and visitors, assists with check-in/check-out, and provides excellent service.
• Schedules patient appointments, coordinates transportation requests, and manages calendars.
• Answers departmental calls, routes inquiries, and follows up timely.
• Assists with medical record management, scanning, filing, and documentation compliance.
• Supports insurance authorization, referrals, and care coordination activities; assists with office supplies and data entry.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
