Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, patient support, or healthcare services.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in patient program management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations, onboarding of Care Coaches and PSS, and training completion.
• Monitor activities, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions (CAPAs).
• Maintain project documentation and client communication throughout the program lifecycle.
