Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior program leader to oversee Ambassador Regional Project Leads and the Ambassador Training team in the US. You will coordinate with the client Ambassador Director, ensure appropriate resources for patient and client delivery, and guide weekly program meetings with client leadership.

Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, driving performance, and collaborating with IQVIA senior leadership on KPI development, policy updates, and patient support

Qualifications

• 8+ years leadership in nursing services, patient support programs, healthcare operations, or related healthcare environments.
• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Budgetary management experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills.
• Travel 40-60% is required.
• Lead and drive results in cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, prioritization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ambassador Regional Project Leads and IQVIA Ambassador Training team.
• Communicate with client Ambassador Director regularly.
• Ensure IQVIA resources and operational support meet patient and client expectations.
• Develop and implement plans for clear communication to client’s Ambassador organization.
• Attend and co-lead weekly program staff meetings with client leadership.
• Identify opportunities and support KPI development with client and IQVIA senior leadership.
• Provide updates to Senior Leadership on policy developments and impact to patients.
• Support patient activities for other client programs and initiatives.
