Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing initiatives, aligning with contractual commitments and objectives. The role involves defining delivery expectations across programs and applying a hybrid project management approach to ensure successful execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, deliver governance updates to executives, and maintain RAID logs and documentation in line with IQVIA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced client-facing environments.
• Experience using Smartsheet for planning, tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies and issue resolution across large programs.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines using Smartsheet.
• Manage delivery within compressed timelines proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and enforce change management processes including documentation and stakeholder alignment.

• Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and external partners.
• Lead client-facing governance including status reporting risk/issue escalation.
• Conduct and lead client and internal status meetings ensuring documentation of actions and decisions.
• Maintain all project documentation RAID logs and deliverables in compliance with standards.

The Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects across various stakeholders ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and client objectives. This role involves defining establishing and managing implementation delivery expectations across programs using a hybrid project management approach ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

• Lead the complete project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring delivery within contractual timelines and scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines using Smartsheet covering dependencies milestones risks and resource allocation.
• Manage delivery within compressed timelines proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure schedule adherence.
• Establish and enforce change management and change control processes including documentation and stakeholder alignment to manage and mitigate scope creep.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and external partners ensuring alignment with project objectives timelines and quality standards.
• Lead client-facing governance including status reporting risk/issue escalation and executive-level communication.
• Conduct and lead client and internal status meetings ensuring clear documentation of actions risks and decisions.

Qualifications
